The location is spot on for hitting the local attractions. Plus, the full kitchen was a major plus, giving us the flexibility to whip up our own meals.
The unit was cramped, lacking enough chairs for everyone, and the TV remote was missing its back cover. The shower was a disaster, alternating between boiling hot and icy cold without warning. The cleanliness was below par with hair on the carpet, stained curtains, and questionable sheets. Not to mention, we were told the swimming pool was out of order upon arrival, leading to disappointment, especially with kids. Parking was another nightmare. Don't bother with high expectations on that front.

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Melbourne, had much fun and met wonderful and approachable staff at the reception desk. The rooms were beautiful and lovely in the bedroom to move with lovely beds. The location was super for walking around Southbank. The hotel restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. I didn't want to say goodbye and would like to stay there on the next trip.
As for me, the area was quite dirty.

Excellent location, just a short walk to key attractions and transport options. The enthusiastic and supportive staff, especially with their quick assistance for any requests. The parking situation was inconvenient and could be improved. While the hotel was well-kept, the amenities felt somewhat lacking compared to expectations for the price.

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our fam and super comfy. The view from our room was just amazin, and we loved the daily housekeeping. And a full kitchen was a bonus for us. The location is great, with easy access to the tram and bike hire nearby!
the only hassle was the parking situation and our key card stopped working once, annoying.

Cozy spot but needs a little love
The place was alright. Had a nice view from the living room. We did some laundry and it shook like crazy. The bathroom was a bit cramped with a broken shower hose that leaked. Loved that there were food options nearby-really handy for snacks! Just wish the carpets were cleaner.
